Kitchen Remodel Services in Denver
A kitchen remodel covers a lot of ground, and Sander & Sons works across all of it. Sometimes that means a full reconfiguration with walls coming down. Sometimes it means a countertop swap and new hardware on cabinets that still have plenty of life left in them.
Denver’s housing stock is what makes this work so varied. A Craftsman bungalow in Platt Park presents different problems than a brick ranch in Virginia Village or a condo downtown. Bungalow and Denver Square kitchens are usually tucked at the back of the house, small by modern standards, and separated from the dining room by a wall that was never meant to come out easily. Postwar ranches tend to have workable square footage but dated layouts. Newer builds and condos often have the space and need the personality. We design for the house in front of us rather than to a template.
Small kitchens get storage that works harder and a layout that removes wasted movement. Larger ones can absorb an island, dedicated prep space or a full pantry wall.
A Local Team Serving Denver
Our kitchen and bath showroom sits at 7540 S. Grant St. in Littleton, an easy drive south of the city and worth the trip. Cabinet doors, countertop samples, hardware and finishes are all there to handle in person. Renderings and photos take you most of the way; the last stretch is best covered standing in front of the actual material.
Our portfolio documents completed work around the metro, including a modern mountain kitchen that shows the level of detail we build to. Have a look through it before you shortlist anyone.
Our Kitchen Remodel Process
Five steps stand between your first call and the first day of demolition.
- In-Home or Showroom Consultation – A designer visits with you, talks about the kitchen, hears what you want changed and starts building the foundation of your design.
- Design Review – Your kitchen appears in 3D at the showroom. Revisions belong at this stage, so raise anything that isn’t right.
- Product Selection – Cabinets, countertops and fixtures get chosen on the showroom floor, samples in hand, across every line we stock.
- Construction Meeting – Your designer and contractor meets you on site to walk the scope, set expectations on timeline and resolve any outstanding construction questions.
- Ordering and Scheduling – With cabinets and countertops ordered, your start date is scheduled around their arrival.

Cabinets and Countertops for Your Denver Kitchen
Our kitchen cabinet lines come from established manufacturers:
- Woodharbor
- Bridgewood
- Greenfield
- Siteline
Displays for each are up in the showroom, so nothing gets ordered that you haven’t already examined in person.
We also stock samples from more than ten kitchen countertop manufacturers, including premium quartz, granite and Corian. Whether you’re matching cabinetry, chasing a surface that shrugs off daily cooking or holding a budget line, comparing materials in person makes the decision considerably easier.
Direct, Transparent Pricing
No markups, no middleman. Sander & Sons quotes your cabinetry and countertops, and your contractor quotes the construction directly to you. Already working with a contractor you like? We’ll coordinate with them.
Denver Kitchen Remodel FAQs
Does Sander & Sons work in Denver?
Yes. Denver has been part of our service area since 1996, covering full remodels, cabinet replacement and countertop installation across the city’s neighborhoods.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
The scope sets the cost: structural changes, cabinet line, countertop material. Your consultation gives you a starting price range. At your design review, we’ll go over your design together and provide more specific pricing.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
That varies with the size of the job, but cabinets usually govern the calendar, since their lead time is generally longer than anything else you’re waiting on. Your contractor lays out a firm timeline at the construction meeting.
What happens during the free in-home or showroom consultation?
A designer from Sander & Sons meets with you examines to discuss your existing kitchen, and works through your goals with you. The discussion covers budget and finish preferences as well, which is what a preliminary design is built from.
