Kitchen Remodeling in Centennial, CO

Sander & Sons has designed and built kitchens for Centennial homeowners for close to three decades, taking on everything from a fresh set of countertops to a complete tear-out and rebuild. It starts with a free in-home or showroom consultation, and you’ll review your kitchen as a 3D rendering before anything is ordered. From there, the design follows your budget, your style and the way the room actually gets used.

Denver Kitchen and Bath Services

From kitchen and bathroom remodeling to custom cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, and hardware, we provide expert design solutions to create beautiful, functional spaces tailored to your home and lifestyle.

Kitchen Remodel Services in Centennial

Sander & Sons takes projects at any scale. A kitchen remodel can mean relocating walls and rebuilding the floor plan from scratch, or it can mean keeping everything where it is and replacing the surfaces you look at every day.

Centennial itself is a young city, but its neighborhoods aren’t. Much of the housing here went up as Arapahoe County subdivisions well before incorporation, and the two-story homes from the 1980s and 1990s share a recognizable kitchen: already open to the family room, anchored by a peninsula, fitted with oak cabinets, laminate counters and a built-in desk nook nobody has used in twenty years. The layout is often perfectly sound. It’s the finishes that date the house, and because the room is visible from the family room, everyone sees them. Projects like these tend to center on cabinetry, counters and turning that peninsula into a proper island.

Where the layout genuinely doesn’t work, we’ll move walls. And in smaller kitchens — the ranches and patio homes scattered through the area — the gains come from storage that’s planned rather than assumed.

A Local Team Serving Centennial

Our showroom is close enough to be a detour rather than a trip. You’ll find it at 7540 S. Grant St. in Littleton, minutes from Centennial’s western edge, stocked with the things worth judging in person: door styles, countertop samples, hardware and finish colors under real light.

Photographs of finished work are the other half of the picture. Our portfolio is worth going through before you decide who to trust with the room your family spends the most time in.

Our Kitchen Remodel Process

Five steps take you from an initial phone call to the morning demolition begins.

  • In-Home or Showroom Consultation – A designer can meet with you in our showroom or come out to see the kitchen as it stands, talk through what you want from the new one and take the measurements everything else depends on.
  • Design Review – You’ll see the design as a 3D rendering at the showroom. This is the point to change your mind about anything.
  • Product Selection – Cabinets, countertops and fixtures are selected at the showroom, where every line we carry is represented by an actual sample.
  • Construction Meeting – Your contractor comes to the house to review scope, walk you through the timeline and close out the remaining construction decisions.
  • Ordering and Scheduling – Once cabinets and countertops are ordered, your start date is set around their delivery.

Cabinets and Countertops for Your Centennial Kitchen

Our kitchen cabinet program is built on four manufacturers:

  • Woodharbor
  • Bridgewood
  • Greenfield
  • Siteline

Every one of them is on display at the showroom, which means you’ll have seen and handled your cabinets well before they’re ordered.

More than ten kitchen countertop manufacturers are represented in our samples, spanning quartz, Corian and other premium surfaces. Matching a color, finding something that tolerates a busy household, staying inside a number — all of it is easier to resolve with the materials in front of you.

Direct, Transparent Pricing

What the contractors charge is what you pay, because Sander & Sons takes no markup on their work. Your bid clearly outlines what’s included, from plumbing and electrical to any construction your project requires. And if you’d rather use a contractor you already know, that works too.

Centennial Kitchen Remodel FAQs

Does Sander & Sons work in Centennial?

Yes. Centennial is one of our closest service areas, with the showroom sitting just west of the city, and we regularly handle full remodels, cabinet replacement and countertop installation for homeowners here.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

Cost follows scope: whether the layout changes, which cabinets you choose and what material goes on the counters. We’ll share a price range at your consultation, then refine it into more specific pricing at your design review.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Scope matters, but cabinet lead time is normally what determines the schedule, since cabinets almost always take longer to arrive than anything else in the project. Your contractor provides a specific timeline at your construction meeting.

What happens during the free in-home or showroom consultation?

A Sander & Sons designer will meet with you in the showroom or at your home and spend time discussing what you want the room to do that it currently doesn’t. Budget and finish preferences come up as well, and those inputs shape the preliminary design.
