FAQs

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Denver metro area, including Littleton and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm.

How do I get started with a kitchen or bathroom remodel?

  • Reach out via our Contact Us form or give us a call at 303-347-1345.
  • We’ll schedule a no-obligation consultation, either at your home or at our showroom, to discuss your vision, needs, and budget.
  • From there, our design team will develop preliminary drawings, material options, and a proposed scope of work.

Do I have to visit your showroom?

No — although we encourage you to visit our full-service Kitchen & Bath showroom in Littleton to see materials, finishes, and layout ideas in person. But we can also meet you in your home to begin the design process.

What kind of products and materials do you offer?

We carry a wide selection, including:

  • Cabinetry from trusted manufacturers (e.g. Woodharbor, Bridgewood, Siteline, Greenfield)
  • Countertops: quartz, granite, Corian®, and more
  • Fixtures, sinks, hardware, and plumbing finishes
  • Options for custom cabinetry, specialty finishes, and hardware upgrades

Can you work with my existing layout, or do you move walls and plumbing?

Both. We can perform a simple cosmetic refresh (replace cabinets, countertops, finishes) or a more extensive remodel involving layout changes, wall removal, plumbing, and electrical reconfiguration.

How long does a remodel take?

The timeline depends on the scope of work, materials selected, and whether structural or layout modifications are required. A strategy meeting with us and the contractor will help determine the timeline for your project. We strive to be as efficient as possible while maintaining quality.

Do I need a contractor, or do you manage that?

We help coordinate end-to-end service. We have a trusted network of contractors that we work closely with to ensure all aspects of your project are taken care of. We can also work with a contractor of your choice if you have someone you’d like to use.  If you don’t have a contractor, we can provide one from our preferred partner team.

What is the cost of a kitchen or bath remodel?

Every project is unique. The cost depends on size, materials, layout changes, and fixtures. During the design phase we’ll offer suggestions and options to accommodate different budgets.

Is there a warranty on your work and materials?

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and products. Specific warranty terms depend on the manufacturer (e.g. cabinet warranty).

How does payment and financing work?

We’ll outline a payment schedule in your contract (e.g. deposit, progress payments, final payment).  We don’t offer in house financing but our clients can explore that with their local bank.

Will I have access to my kitchen or bathroom during the remodel?

We try to minimize disruption. Depending on the project’s scope, parts of the remodel may require shutting down utility access or temporarily relocating some functions (e.g. using a kitchenette or alternate bathroom). We’ll coordinate with you to make the process as smooth as possible.

Can you show me examples of your past work?

Yes — visit our Gallery page to view photographs of completed kitchen and bathroom projects. You can also visit our showroom to see full displays of the different products that we offer.

What is your design process?

  1. Consultation & needs assessment
  2. Preliminary design & material selection
  3. Contractor meeting and construction pricing
  4. Permits and scheduling
  5. Construction & installation
  6. Final walkthrough & punch list

At each stage, we involve you to ensure your vision is realized.

What permits and codes do you handle?

Our trusted contractors will handle all required permits, inspections, and code compliance (electrical, plumbing, structural) in the Denver area. They will pull permits on your behalf and coordinate inspections.

How are changes or unforeseen issues handled?

We build some flexibility into the project plan. If unforeseen issues arise (e.g. hidden damage, plumbing issues, structural surprises), our contractors will notify you immediately, present options, and adjust the plan and cost estimate accordingly.

What are your showroom hours and location?

Address: 7540 S. Grant St., Littleton, CO 80122
